Here is where you’ll find a 20-minute guided intro to meditation with lots of white space so you can build your own practice with me chiming in with little reminders. It’s a great thing to do every day, if you can. I’ll be posting new meditations often to keep things fresh.
The first episode of the podcast, “Writer, You Can Meditate” can be accessed here. In it, I tell my story of how I came to meditation and give you some meditation hacks so that you can begin this practice. I know you think you can’t meditate, but I promise that YOU CAN. And it will change your life.
